JESSICA CHARLAND est une jeune chanteuse originaire d’Asbestos. C’est à l’âge de 7 ans qu’elle débuta ses premiers cours de chant. En 2005, elle devint choriste pour Stef Paquette et parti en tournée du Québec et de l’Ontario. Elle participa à la revue musicale Mythos, qui la mettait en vedette dans le rôle d’Aphrodite. En 2006, elle devint l'une des 5 chanteuses du groupe Flashdance, dans lequel elle chanta au casino Harrah’s à Atlantic City et qui l’amena à faire une tournée des festivals québécois. À la fin de l’année, elle se joint au groupe Skandal pour un contrat au Maroc d’une durée de 3 mois. Dès son retour au Québec, elle remonta immédiatement sur les planches en formant le groupe Kit Katz et entre temps, elle accompagna la chanteuse Marie Carmen comme choriste. Elle devint chanteuse dans la formation Tonic Band, spécialisée dans les corporatifs et festivals, et devint choriste pour plusieurs artistes dont Jérôme Charlebois. Tout en travaillant sur leurs compositions en studio, elle décide de nous offrir un spectacle pop-rock-blues haut en couleurs, accompagnée de ses trois musiciens aux talents inégalés. Jessica Charland vous fera vibrer par son énergie, sa puissante voix, sa fougue et sa grande passion de la musique!
JESSICA CHARLAND is a young singer from Asbestos. It is at the age of 7 she started her first singing lessons. In 2005, she became vocalist for Stef Paquette and toured Quebec and Ontario.
She participated in the musical revue Mythos, which featured in the role of Aphrodite. In 2006, she became one of the 5 singers of the Group Flashdance, in which she sang at the Harrah's in Atlantic City casino and which led her to make a tour of Quebec festivals. At the end of the year, she joined the
Skandal group for a contract to Morocco for a period of 3 months. In the
meantime, she accompanied the singer Marie Carmen as a Chorister. She also became vocalistfor several artists including Jérôme Charlebois. While working on her original songs, she decides to offer us an electifying rock-pop-blues show accompanied by her three musicians with unequal talents.
